The fudge will last up to 2 months from manufacture. We always recommend to eat your fudge within a month to get the best fudge eating experience
We recommend storing your fudge in an airtight container away from any heat source. You should not store in a fridge or freezer.
All our fudge is suitable for vegetarians, except Rocky Road as it contains marshmallows.
We have now introduced our Vegan fudge range! All products in this range are free from and animal products. For full list of ingredients, click here
Our rock is also suitable for Vegans.
Yes! All our fudge is gluten free except any fudge containing biscuits or shortbread.
Each of our products has a full list of ingredients with all allergens in bold. We also have a dedicated allergen section on each product.
We are currently shipping to UK, Europe* and USA. However, if you would like to enquire about a specific country or region, please contact us and we will be able to arrange you a quote through our courier service.

Due to Covid-19, some courier services may experience delays. Royal Mail and Hermes have been fulfilling orders within the time frame expected but please be aware that this is constantly changing and your delivery time may be affected. If you experience any delays, please contact us via a Contact Form on our Homepage, or email pottersconfectioners@gmail.com.
To fulfill delivery, we use Hermes courier service. We dispatch our parcels Monday to Saturday. Any orders made before 10 am will be dispatched the same day except Sunday. Any orders made after 10 am Saturday will be dispatched on Monday. Parcels are delivered in 2-4 business days.
STANDARD UK DELIVERY
When buying fudge bars in multiples of 4, we offer a discounted rate
– £2.99 for boxes of 4 bars
– £4.99 for boxes of 8, 12 and 16 bars
For any order NOT in a multiple of 4, we charge
– £3.49 for bars of fudge up to £24.43 (7 bars).
– £5.49 for bars of fudge up to £55.00.
All sales over £65.00 are charged at a flat rate of £6.99
DECEMBER 2020 STANDARD UK AMENDMENTS
All fudge bars sold up 7 bars will be charged £2.99 delivery
Anything up to a spend total of £45 (after discounts have been applied) will be charged £4.49 delivery
A spend above £45 (after discounts have been applied) will be FREE delivery
NR30/ NR31 DELIVERY
We deliver locally twice a week on Monday and Thursday to any postcode beginning NR30/ NR31. We charge a flat rate of £1 for this service
ROYAL MAIL USA- TRACKED AND SIGNED
This service takes between 7-10 business days. We are able to deliver to 51 states. We are only able to deliver a maximum of 2 kg.
– 0 – 0.5 kg is £20
– 0.5 – 1 kg is £25
– 1 – 1.5 kg is £32
– 1.5 – 2 kg is £35
ROYAL MAIL EUROPE- TRACKED AND SIGNED
This service takes between 3-5 business days. We are able to deliver to the following 10 countries; Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
– 0 – 0.5 kg is £12.50
– 0.5 – 1 kg is £14
– 1 – 1.5 kg is £15.50
– 1.5 – 2 kg (maximum weight permitted) is £16.50
We are able to deliver to the rest of Europe upon request using this service with the same price structure. We are unable to guarantee delivery between 3-5 business days, in line with advice from Royal Mail.
If you are unhappy with the product, the service or if the product has arrived to you damaged please contact us within 14 days of dispatch to arrange a refund (you will receive an order fulfillment email to confirm dispatch date).
If the the product has arrived to you damaged, please inform us immediately and document the damage with photographic evidence.
